Our Story
Jett Winter Advisors, formerly known as Jett Facility Consultants, was founded from both a passion for training and a recognition of the clear need for more education in the snow and ice industry. For years, the same challenges repeated themselves; poor planning, mismanaged services, and costly slip-and-fall risks. It became clear that change was needed.
Snow remains one of the most misunderstood and mismanaged trades, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Jett Winter Advisors partners with a select group of industry veterans to provide clients with the best possible knowledge, strategies, and outcomes. Collectively, we bring decades of experience managing snow and ice operations across high-stakes commercial environments, high-profile properties, and municipal programs.
Jett Winter Advisors is veteran owned and operated, and our sister company, ClearPath Facility Services, is SBA-certified as both a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) and a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
We are headquartered in Indiana, but serve clients wherever we’re needed, across the United States and internationally.
Our Mission
At Jett Winter Advisors, our mission is simple: educate the snow buyer, the snow insurer, and the snow service provider in order to elevate our trade.
For too long, snow and ice management has been viewed as a side hustle or hobby. The reality is far different. Snow operations demand skilled operators, sharp leaders, bilingual teams, and year-round dedication. Successful firms prepare 12 months a year through:
